NZ 'Chalon Heads' stamps of 1862. The same stamps as the 1855 issues, just perforated, and a few new values. NZ10 has a more orange color not obvious here. Perforated stamps, as were nearly all issues after this date, the perforations were intended to make seperating the stamps easier, but this was not always the case, with many stamps being badly torn in the process. Later perforation types were more successful, although some tougher paper types were still a problem.
